Braun Racing rookie Brian Scott will be driving the No. 11 StopRepairBills.com Toyota at Las Vegas for Saturday afternoon's Sam's Town 300 and hopes lady luck is on his side.
Scott is riding a wave of momentum heading into Vegas, having collected his first top-10 finish, and it's his first start in the Nationwide Series at that track.
It's the third of five races that Scott and his No. 11 team will need to qualify on speed. I doubt he'll have any problems making the field and with this team's focus on qualifying it should be a top-10 starting spot.
Scott has made three previous starts at Vegas in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and it should help him with being familiar with what to expect handling-wise.
