Now that Dale Earnhardt Jr. can finally put his mind to rest with Fridays announcement that Lance McGrew will no longer be his interim crew chief, but instead was given the stamp of approval while raising his status to permanent. The announcement couldn’t have come at a better time because statistically speaking; this is as good as it gets for Jr. Nation.
