Indian GP Update: Overtaking Could Go To a Whole New Level

After the shambolic build-up and organization of the Commonwealth Games in Delhi last October, and the more recent decision to strip Eden Gardens off the India-England World Cup match, Indian F1 fans can rejoice at the fact that construction of the Jaypee Group Circuit at Greater Noida is well ahead of its schedule. FIA race director Charlie Whiting visited the track recently along with Federation of Motorsports Clubs of India president Vicky Chandhok, and was pleased to observe the amount of progress that has been made on the site.
