NASCAR at Charlotte 2014: Live Results and Analysis from Coca-Cola 600

Kevin Harvick and Jimmie Johnson dominated at Charlotte, but it was Johnson who ended up in Victory Lane after starting the race from the pole. The entire Coca-Cola 600 was all Harvick and Johnson by the halfway point. These two were so fast that at one point earlier in the race, there were only 15 cars on the lead Lap. Cautions were scarce throughout the first half of the race, and debris were the main cause of the caution flag coming out twice. A third caution would come out for David Gilliand who hit the wall when a tire went down. As the sun went down though, the track cooled and speeds picked up.
