Defending Sprint Cup champion Kevin Harvick captured his first checkered flag of the season on Sunday, dominating the field to win the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Harvick led 142 of the 267 laps in the 400-mile race, overcoming a late vibration to win his third race in the last five, dating back to last season, and the first of his career at Las Vegas.
