To say that 2009 was a banner year for young driver C.E. Falk would really be an understatement. Running in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series in Late Model Stock competition in Virginia and North Carolina proved a fruitful venture for Falk as in 29 starts he would post a record of 12 wins, 23 top fives, 24 top 10s with an average finish of an impressive 2.5.
Falk's 2009 track list included Langley Speedway, South Boston Speedway, Motor Mile Speedway, Caraway Speedway and Martinsville Speedway.
