Sebastian Vettel Afraid of Eating Nuclear Sushi During Japanese Grand Prix

Sebastian Vettel may be on the brink of winning his fourth consecutive world title, but the German is seemingly leaving nothing to chance to ensure he does not get caught out by a rival.
