Canadian Grand Prix Worker Dies After Recovery Vehicle Accident

A worker at the Canadian Grand Prix died on Sunday afternoon after he was accidentally run over by a recovery vehicle in Montreal. The Federation Internationale de I'Automobile (FIA) released a statement confirming the sad news: "The FIA is sad to announce the death of a Formula 1 Grand Prix du Canada circuit worker, at 6:02 pm."According to the Montreal Gazette, the worker was a 38-year-old man who had been on the job for 10 years. After a crash in the race left a car mangled on the track, a crane needed to be brought out to transport it back to the garage. As the man was helping assist the crane, he bent down to pick up a radio that been dropped on the ground.
