The now famous golden horseshoe, that Kevin Harvick said was stuck up Hendrick Motorsports' driver Jimmie Johnson’s rear end, has surfaced once again in the camp of Roush Fenway Racing’s driver Carl Edwards.
Edwards made it clear for a second time that he will not let anyone take a win away from him, after he claimed the nudge was simply a bump and run to get around Penske driver Brad Keselowski.
The bump, as Edwards called it, knocked Keselowski out of control on the final straightaway during the Missouri-Illinois Dodge Dealers 250 on Saturday night.
"That's my job, to win the race, and to make sure I don't get walked on or get something taken away from me that's mine," said Edwards as he insisted that he did nothing wrong.
