Chase Elliott, son of famed NASCAR champion Bill Elliott, simply lives to race.
When his scheduled race at Winchester Speedway in Indiana was cancelled due to weather, he and his team just traveled on down the road to Montgomery Motor Speedway in Alabama instead.
Elliott's desire to race wherever possible paid off as he participated in the "Show Me the Money" event in Alabama instead of Indiana. The young protege of "Awesome Bill from Dawsonville" not only raced, but took the checkered flag, winning his second straight race in that series, as well as assuming the points lead.
