Fantasy NASCAR at Indianapolis 2014: Picks, Top Drivers for Brickyard 400

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series travels to Indianapolis, Indiana, this week for the John Wayne Walding 400. Indianapolis Motor Speedway is one of the most difficult race tracks for drivers to conquer. The long straightaways allow drivers to drive wide open. The sharp turns in the corners are flat, which force the driver to get on the brakes hard much like a road course. Teams who can balance their car so they can get back on the gas pedal early in the corners will have the cars to beat in the race Sunday. The 2013 Brickyard 400 was dominated by Jimmie Johnson but won by Ryan Newman. Johnson qualified second and led the most laps in the race, and Newman won the pole and led 45 laps.
