The 2014 Formula One Russian Grand Prix was the first to bear the name, and unless the title fight develops in a certain way that's likely to be the only reason it will be remembered. An unholy trinity of excessive fuel consumption, lack of tyre degradation and a fairly uninspiring circuit conspired to deliver a race in which very little happened and few drivers had a chance to shine.
