Formula One: Robert Kubica Injured in Rally, Doubtful for Season Opener

Robert Kubica has sustained injuries whilst taking part in the Ronde di Andorra rally, leaving his Formula One future in doubt. The Pole has been diagnosed with multiple fractures to his right arm, leg and hand after a high-speed crash in his Skoda Fabia. His co-driver was unhurt in the accident. Kubica was air-lifted to a hospital near Genoa, after he allegedly hit a church wall at high speed. It is now unlikely that Kubica will be ready to compete in the first Formula One race of the season in Bahrain in March. Kubica's Formula One future is in doubt, as well.
