Geico 400 2013 Results: Leaders, Updated Sprint Cup Standings and Reaction

After an excruciating series of rain delays, Matt Kenseth eventually came out on top at the Geico 400 at Chicagoland Speedway on Sunday night.  Kenseth overcame wet weather and a five-hour delay to snatch the narrow victory. With the win, he now sits in first place in the Sprint Cup standings. Following Kenseth across the finish line was his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Kyle Busch. Kevin Harvick, Kurt Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Brad Keselowski, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Clint Bowyer and Ryan Newman rounded out the top 10. Joey Logano, who started the race in pole position and led the first 30 laps, wasn't quite as fortunate.
