Scott Dixon held on for his second consecutive IndyCar victory in the opening race of a unique doubleheader at the Honda Indy Toronto on Saturday at Exhibition Place. The outcome looked to be well in Dixon's favor with five laps to go, but a late caution brought on by Alex Tagliani's mishap allowed the rest of the pack to catch up to the two-time IndyCar Series champion.
