IndyCar: Dallara To Name 2012 Chassis After Dan Wheldon

According to the Indianapolis Star, the new chassis next season will be named for the late Dan Wheldon.Wheldon had been testing the new Dallara chassis for the 2012 season.It was expected that Wheldon would get a full-time ride next season with Andretti Autosport replacing Danica Patrick in the No. 7 Go Daddy Chevrolet.Dallara is making a classy move honoring Wheldon by naming this chassis for him.  Now no one will forget all the work Wheldon did testing this car making sure it's safe for the series.Read more Motorsports news on BleacherReport.com...
