Jenson Button and Wife Gassed, Robbed of £300K Worth of Belongings

In a heist that sounds practically ripped from the movies, Formula One star Jenson Button, his wife and their three friends were reportedly believed to have been gassed in Button's mansion in Saint-Tropez, France, before burglars made away with possessions totaling over £300,000, per the Sun's Dan Wootton. However, Mattias Galanthe of Reuters reported a local prosecutor and French police said there was no proof anyone was gassed during the burglary. "Mr Button learned about the burglary as he woke up.
