Monster Truck Accident Reportedly Kills At Least 8 Fans in Mexico

Tragedy struck a Chihuahua, Mexico, air show on Saturday as a monster truck hit a stand filled with spectators, killing at least eight and injuring 80, according to BBC. El Universal reports the number of dead at 13 people (via UPI.com). Of those that passed away, at least four were children, according to Reuters. CNN reports, as of Sunday, 28 people remained hospitalized and 12 are still in critical condition.  Kate Stanton of UPI.com notes that 4,000 people attended the "Extremo Aeroshow," which was held at the El Rejon dam on the outskirts of Chihuahua, about 230 miles south of Mexico-U.S. border.
