NASCAR Made the Right Call Reinstating Tony Stewart

When Tony Stewart told NASCAR officials that he was ready to return to Sprint Cup racing this weekend in Atlanta, the sanctioning body ultimately did the right thing by reinstating him. There's no question that the last three weeks have been one of the darkest periods in NASCAR in many years, perhaps dating as far back as when Dale Earnhardt was killed in the final lap of the 2001 Daytona 500.
