NASCAR: Roush Fenway Racing Serves Notice with Nationwide Race at Charlotte

Roush Fenway Racing may have previewed the dominance they intend to show during the rest of the season in the NASCAR Nationwide and Sprint Cup series. RFR was dominant with three drivers in the top five at the end of the Top Gear 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. It was Matt Kenseth who fought teammate Carl Edwards at the end with Kenseth taking the checkered flag. Kenseth stepped in to drive the No. 16 Fastenal Ford for Trevor Bayne, who has been absent from his car since April because of a mystery illness. The victory at Charlotte Motor Speedway was Kenseth's third at the track in the Nationwide series, but his first run in the new generation car.
