Who says you can never go home again? Not NASCAR, which after a 12-year absence has returned the Southern 500 to its traditional Labor Day weekend date. Sunday night’s Bojangles' Southern 500 brings back a tradition that existed for more than a half-century, from Darlington’s first race when it opened in 1950 until its last time there in 2003.
