Rain Delays Indycar Race at St. Pete to Monday

Torrential downpours hit the streets of St. Petersburg shortly after the Indy Lights race, and washed out the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg for Sunday. Standing water was all over the track, as the rain continued and lightning lit up the sky.  Spectators were evacuated to covered areas, in a sign that the race would not be happening. The race has been rescheduled for Monday at 10 am eastern time, and will now be broadcast on ESPN2.
