Sebastian Vettel’s Helmet Sells for £58K at Auction

A helmet worn by Sebastian Vettel fetched a staggering £58,000 when it went under the hammer at Bonhams in Oxford on Monday. The signed helmet, worn by the four-time world champion during his first ever victory at his home grand prix at the Nurburgring, features a glittering design based on Germany’s national colours of black, red and gold. Two helmets worn by Mark Webber during the Belgian and Italian Grands Prix fetched £6,800 and £14,000 respectively whilst a race suit worn by the popular Aussie driver made £3,400.
