Charlotte, Home to NASCAR valley.  Spectator, fanatic, and sportsman alike can relax and enjoy the festive and homey atmosphere. Race team headquarters surround the area and the track always puts on a show. The spectacular pre race festivities can only be out done by the fantastic on track racing. This week’s guest spotter has seen the speedway from many viewpoints.  Tim Fedewa has been both behind the wheel and behind the binoculars at Charlotte.
