Travis Pastrana Out of X-Games and NASCAR Nationwide Debut With Injury

The weekend of "Pastrananation" came to a crashing halt Thursday night taking Travis Pastrana out of the X-Games and his NASCAR Nationwide debut at Indianapolis. Pastrana was making a second attempt at the "TP Roll," which is a flip combined with a 720-degree spin. His failed landing broke bones in his ankle and foot for which surgery has been scheduled. This was to be Pastrana's big weekend as he was scheduled to travel back and forth from the X-Games at Los Angeles to Indianapolis. He was to drive the No. 99 Toyota for Waltrip-Pastrana racing at the NASCAR Nationwide race. There has been no announcement of a replacement driver.
