Would It Be Posible To Create a New World Sportscar Championship?

In 1993, one of the biggest calamities in the history of motorsport occurred: The World Sportscar Championship collapsed. The collapse may have actually been the intention of the FIA. But whether you believe it or not, it was without a doubt the FIA introducing the 3.5-liter Group C formula that ultimately destroyed it. The WSC hadn't quite been a fully worldwide championship for some time, of course, but it was the last one there ever was, and to see it gone was truly sad.
